Create Employer Account: information page

To get access to all employer-related features on the EURES portal such as searching for candidates, you should be associated with an employer account. You may either create your own employer account and manage it (as ‘employer account manager’) or be added as a contact to an existing employer account (as ‘employer contact’).

Please note that in both cases you require an EU Login account linked to your professional personalised email address, and not to your private email address or a functional mailbox such as info@ or recruitment@. (Click here to create your EU login account.)

Employer account manager:

Create your EURES employer account by providing your company details,
such as national registration number, legally registered address, etc.
Each application is screened individually to ensure genuineness.
An email notification will be sent to you when your registration has been
processed. This should be within 3 working days.

Note that for data security reasons, we only accept individual employers –
no groups, umbrella companies or company alliances.

Employer contact:

To become an employer contact linked to an existing EURES employer account,
please contact the EURES employer account manager, who will be able to invite you.

If you do not know who your EURES employer account manager is, please contact
the EURES Helpdesk, who can contact the employer account manager on your behalf.

As an employer contact, you will have access to all employer features such as search
for candidates, but you will not be able to edit the employer account details.
