Is your ideal employee waiting to be hired at the next European Job Day?

Interested in looking to hire from a vast pool of suitable candidates? Then a European Job Day in or near your country should be your next destination.

Is your ideal employee waiting to be hired at the next European Job Day?

Did you know that each year, more than 35 European Job Days are organised across Europe (online and onsite)? These events provide access to interesting job opportunities as well as comprehensive advice on living and working abroad. Since 2013, upwards of 35 000 job offers have been made through the initiative, and that number keeps growing.

European Job Days are Europe-wide events that bring together thousands of employers with prospective jobseekers from the organising country and abroad, paving the way for many successful matches. The latest European Job Day, which took place in Prešov, Slovakia, on 3 October 2024, featured exhibitors from many European countries representing a variety of sectors, from gastronomy, hospitality and seasonal work to logistics and IT.

What employers had to say

“When looking for suitable candidates, the Job Day job fair is a great tool and meets our requirements. We very much appreciate the increasing interest of jobseekers in Germany, thanks to which we received many attractive CVs at this event. Thanks to this job fair, we have not only found qualified employees who exactly match our job offers, but we have also met companies or EURES Advisers from all over Europe, which offers us opportunities for further cooperation. We are looking forward to the next annual.”

Tomáš Němec, recruiter at ARWA Personaldienstleistungen GmbH, Germany

“We were very pleased with the interest in our stand at the fair, as well as in our job offers. We not only provided visitors with information about job vacancies, but also presented them our company culture. Participation in such events and interviews with jobseekers are also a motivation for us to continue developing our activities and improving the working environment. This event was organised at a high professional level, and we are happy to participate in the future as well.”

Katarína Sučková, human resources manager at ZTS Sabinov, a.s., Slovakia
