The initiative aims to raise awareness of workers’ rights and obligations, promote safe and fair working conditions. It also helps seasonal workers recognise legitimate job offers and avoid exploitative situations.

The initiative  offers guidance on preparing for seasonal employment, identifying fair employment agencies, recognising legitimate job offers, avoiding labour exploitation. It also provides help and support services in case of problems during employment abroad.

Target groups and eligibility

The initiative targets intra‑EU mobile seasonal workers, with a primary focus on Polish jobseekers seeking seasonal work in other EU countries. It is particularly intended for residents of the Pomeranian region, including adult students and first‑time jobseekers. It is also accessible to a wider audience, with no eligibility conditions or registration requirements for accessing the information.
