Rationale and aims

WorkinNL aims to improve access to reliable information and guidance for intra-EU mobile workers, including seasonal workers, in the Netherlands. It acts  as a central entry point for multilingual and accessible information on rights and obligations.

Support offered

WorkinNL provides intra-EU mobile workers, including seasonal workers, with a central online and in-person information service on living and working in the Netherlands. It offers multilingual guidance on employment rights and obligations and practical aspects of daily life. It also provides referrals to relevant specialised services through its website, local information points and remote communication channels.

Target groups and eligibility

WorkinNL is intended for intra-EU mobile workers, particularly those who are new to the Netherlands or in vulnerable employment and housing situations, including Ukrainian nationals benefiting from temporary protection. There are no eligibility criteria and access to the service is free-of-charge.
