Cooperare între proiectul Rețeaua pentru Detasare Echitabilă și confederația sindicală română Blocul Național Sindical (BNS) provides information and advice to Romanian seasonal and posted workers to help them understand and enforce their rights and obligations when working abroad, particularly in Germany. The initiative aims to strengthen protection against labour exploitation and support fair working conditions through cross-border information, counselling and awareness-raising activities targeted at seasonal workers.

Support offered

The Cooperare între proiectul Rețeaua pentru Detasare Echitabilă și confederația sindicală română Blocul Național Sindical (BNS) provides free information and legal counselling to Romanian seasonal and posted workers on employment contracts, wages, workplace accidents and social security rights. Support is delivered through in-person counselling in Germany and Romania, outreach visits, and remote services such as online and phone-based advice, ensuring access before departure, during employment abroad and after return.

Target groups and eligibility

The services target Romanian workers engaged in short-term, posted or seasonal employment in the EU, particularly in high-risk sectors such as agriculture, construction and meat processing, with a strong focus on those working in Germany. It is also accessible to young people considering migration, returning workers, their families and intermediaries involved in recruitment. There are no specific eligibility or registration requirements.
