Rationale and aims
Servicesenter for utenlandske arbeidstakere (SUA) provides coordinated support to transnational mobile and seasonal workers by bringing key public services together in one place. It aims to facilitate rapid access to the labour market for seasonal workers by supporting the completion of essential registrations and documentation and by providing clear information on rights and obligations.
Support offered
Servicesenter for utenlandske arbeidstakere (SUA) provides in-person support through physical service centres, where foreign workers and employers can access coordinated guidance from public authorities. The service offers practical information and assistance on employment-related rights and obligations, including tax registration, employment conditions, residence-related matters and general information for workers and their family members.
Target groups and eligibility
Servicesenter for utenlandske arbeidstakere (SUA) is intended for transnational mobile workers, including seasonal workers, who come to Norway to work, as well as their accompanying family members. All foreign nationals coming to Norway for work are eligible to access the support offered by the service.
