Jogi tanácsadó iroda az Ausztriában dolgozó magyaroknak offers free legal advice and consultancy to Hungarian workers interested in working or already working in Austria, including seasonal workers. It covers employment-related and administrative matters such as taxation, unemployment benefits, family allowances and pensions. This support is delivered through in-person consultations as well as telephone and email services.
Target groups and eligibility
The initiative targets Hungarian mobile workers working or intending to work in Austria, including seasonal workers across all sectors and types of employment. There are no specific eligibility criteria.
