Rationale and aims
Arbeitnehmerfreizügigkeit fair gestalten - Nordrhein-Westfalen provides free and confidential guidance to seasonal and other mobile EU workers to help them understand and enforce their employment rights and improve their working and living conditions. The programme aims to empower workers, prevent labour exploitation and raise awareness of fair working conditions among relevant stakeholders.
Support offered
Arbeitnehmerfreizügigkeit fair gestalten - Nordrhein-Westfalen provides counselling services that offer legal and practical information to seasonal and other mobile EU workers on employment rights and working and living conditions. The service delivers support through counselling centres, outreach activities and information provision. It helps workers address issues such as wages, employment conditions, social protection and access to documentation.

Support is available to all mobile EU workers regardless of nationality or employment sector.
