Sesiuni de informare la fața locului/online pentru persoanele aflate în căutarea unui loc de muncă și angajatori

Onsite/online information sessions for jobseekers and employers

  • Project

Rationale and aims

The information sessions for jobseekers and employers provide Romanian seasonal and mobile workers with clear information on living and working conditions in EU/EEA countries and aim to support safe and informed labour mobility. The initiative seeks to raise awareness of rights and obligations, promote regulated employment channels through EURES, and help prevent undeclared work and exploitation among seasonal workers.

Support offered

The initiative provides non-financial support through onsite and online sessions that give Romanian workers and employers access to information on working and living conditions in EU/EEA countries, seasonal job opportunities available through EURES, and legal recruitment channels. The service supports workers and employers by promoting fair and transparent labour mobility and access to regulated cross-border recruitment.

Target groups and eligibility

The measure is intended for Romanian mobile and seasonal workers seeking employment in EU/EEA countries, particularly in agriculture, HORECA, logistics, construction and caregiving, as well as employers interested in hiring through regulated channels. It is also open to returnee workers, young people considering employment abroad, and families of mobile workers, with no eligibility criteria or registration requirements, and is free and open to anyone interested.
