Saarländische Beratungsstelle für Wanderarbeit und mobile Beschäftigte provides free, confidential and multilingual information and legal support to EU mobile (including seasonal) workers in Saarland to help them understand and enforce their labour and social rights and to prevent exploitation.
Support offered
Saarländische Beratungsstelle für Wanderarbeit und mobile Beschäftigte offers free information and legal advice to EU mobile and seasonal workers on labour and social rights. The service operates in person, by phone and by email and supports individuals in understanding their rights and pursuing claims. It also includes cross-border employment issues, with access available anonymously if requested.
Target groups and eligibility
The initiative targets EU mobile workers employed in Saarland, with a focus on mobile and seasonal workers from Eastern European Member States. Any EU mobile worker working in Saarland is eligible to access the services.
