Rationale and aims
MyinfoNL provides intra-EU mobile workers, including seasonal workers, with clear information on their rights and obligations related to living, working and housing in the Netherlands. The app aims to improve access to reliable information and foster self-reliance through a single, low-threshold, multilingual entry point.
Support offered
MyinfoNL provides intra-EU workers with online information and guidance on living, working and housing in the Netherlands, including workers’ rights and obligations, and practical day-to-day topics. The app also offers referrals to relevant local and national authorities and services. Professionals, including municipal staff and advisers, can also use the app as a quick reference tool.
Target groups and eligibility
MyinfoNL is intended primarily for intra-EU transnational workers, including seasonal workers, and can also be used by Ukrainian refugees, foreign students and expatriates. A secondary target group includes frontline professionals such as municipal staff, emergency responders and care providers. There are no eligibility criteria for accessing the app and municipality-specific information is available only in municipalities that have adopted and localised it.
