Rationale and aims
Infotočka za tujce provides information and counselling to foreign workers (including seasonal) in Slovenia on entry and residence, employment procedures, and labour rights and obligations. The aim is to support fair and safe integration into the labour market. The service also seeks to help employers of mobile workers understand and comply with relevant employment requirements.
Support offered
Infotočka za tujce provides free information and counselling to foreign workers and their employers through an information service available in person, by phone, and by email. The service offers guidance on residence and work permits, employment conditions, labour law rights and obligations, social security and health insurance, and access to education and training. It also refers users to EURES advisers for intra-EU mobility matters.
Target groups and eligibility
The service is intended for third-country nationals working or planning to work in Slovenia, including seasonal workers, as well as Slovenian employers seeking to employ them, and other labour market stakeholders. Secondary target audiences include intra-EU mobile workers, NGOs, and other public institutions. Access is free of charge and open to all users, with no eligibility criteria.
