Guida al lavoro stagionale nel turismo, developed by the Italian Federation of Workers in Commerce, Hotels, Canteens and Services (Federazione Italiana Lavoratori Commercio, Alberghi, Mense e Servizi (FILCAMS-CGIL)), provides seasonal workers in the tourism sector with clear information on their labour rights and employers’ obligations under existing legal frameworks and collective agreements. The initiative aims to raise awareness of rights and working conditions, supporting workers who may have limited knowledge of their entitlements and helping reduce vulnerability in seasonal employment.
