Rationale and aims
Agrimpuls provides labour-law information, counselling and legal advice relevant to seasonal (mobile) agricultural workers, including issues related to wages, workplace relations and workers’ rights. The service aims to support understanding of labour rights and obligations and to mediate employer–employee relations in the agricultural sector.
Support offered
Agrimpuls provides an online information service and counselling support focused on labour law in agriculture, covering rights and obligations related to employment conditions, wages, contracts and health and safety. The service offers legal advice and workplace mediation through a phone hotline. Additionally, it supports job matching through an internship placement service linking agricultural workers and employers across German-speaking Switzerland.
Target groups and eligibility
Agrimpuls is intended primarily for agricultural employers in German-speaking Switzerland and also supports interns and seasonal workers who may be matched to farms through its placement service. There are no formal eligibility criteria or fees, and access is open to members and non-members, with practical limitations related to geographic scope and language.
