If you are a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country, you must have a work permit in order to work in Sweden. To obtain a work permit you must have an employment contract. The Swedish Migration Agency offers more information about work permit and the application process: Working in Sweden – Migrationsverket
Keep in mind that will not address questions regarding work permits and visas for visitors that does not have the right to work in Sweden.
