Teollisuusliiton - sovellus provides multilingual information on working conditions for seasonal workers in specific sectors in Finland, based on applicable collective agreements. The application aims to support seasonal workers’ understanding of their employment rights and obligations and to facilitate clear communication between workers and employers who do not share a common language.

Teollisuusliiton - sovellus is a mobile application that provides accessible information on employment conditions across ten sectors covered by collective agreements, including working time, pay, overtime, leave and work carried out away from the usual place of work. The application allows users to select their role, sector and language and offers content tailored to both workers and employers. It supports understanding of rights and obligations and can be used to assist communication between workers and employers who speak different languages. Support is provided in different languages depending on the sector.
Target groups and eligibility
Teollisuusliiton - sovellus is intended for cross-border mobile workers, including seasonal workers, in the ten specified sectors, as well as employers in those sectors. It is freely available to anyone who can download it onto a smartphone.
