Rationale and aims
Faire Mobilität in Thüringen aims to improve working conditions and ensure fair wages for EU mobile and seasonal workers in Thuringia. It provides information and advice on labour and social security rights in workes’ native languages and by raising awareness among relevant labour market stakeholders.
Support offered
Faire Mobilität in Thüringen provides EU mobile and seasonal workers with free and anonymous information and advice on labour and social rights in their native languages via telephone, email and in-person counselling. It focuses on employment-related issues such as wages, contracts and employment rights, and complements this support through outreach activities close to workplaces.
Target groups and eligibility
The initiative is intended for transnational EU workers in all sectors in Thuringia, including seasonal workers, with a particular focus on workers from Central and Eastern EU Member States.
