Rationale and aims
CORRECT! provides information and advice to improve working conditions and ensure fair wages for EU and non-EU transnational mobile and seasonal workers in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The initiative aims to increase awareness of labour and social rights and to support workers who face employment-related difficulties, including labour exploitation.
Support offered
CORRECT! provides preventive information and counselling services for mobile and seasonal workers in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on employment-related rights and working conditions. The service offers advice through in-person consultations, phone and email, and supports cross-border and transnational employment issues. Additionally, it assists workers experiencing problems such as underpayment or lack of insurance.
Target groups and eligibility
CORRECT! targets mobile workers, including EU citizens and third-country nationals, who have been employed in Germany for a short period, including seasonal workers. Any mobile worker employed in Germany is eligible for support regardless of legal status or form of employment.
